Be a Critical Friend

Volunteer as a ‘critical friend’ and be matched with a lecturer and college/ university. Invite your lecturer to site visits or ask them in to observe your team so they can learn and experience first hand what your company does, delivers and works. This hands-on experience is invaluable and enables the lecturer to update their curriculum and teaching practices. It also gives them practical industry insights and experiences.
